City Center Master Plan Updated 2021
The City of Greenwood updated its City Center Master Plan in May of 2021, which was previously adopted in 2003. The existing plan helped facilitate over $23.6 million in public and private investment in the City Center – known as Uptown. Continuing the transformation of Uptown Greenwood will take staff, local leadership, and the community standing behind the same principled foundation – to reestablish the heart of the community in Uptown.

Building on the legacy completed to date, the purpose of this Plan is to establish a vibrant gathering place for the arts, commerce, and community-building in the heart of the City Center.
