Holiday Open House

The Uptown Holiday Open House is a major event for Uptown merchants that “kicks-off” the holiday season for the entire community. Merchants decorate their stores and shop windows and reorganize their merchandise in preparation for the holiday shopping season. The Uptown Greenwood Development Corporation, The City of Greenwood, and Greenwood CPW coordinate putting up Christmas lights and decorations throughout the Uptown area for a festive atmosphere. This is the perfect time to find that unique, one of a kind holiday ornament or home decor item, and wrap up your holiday shopping!

Saturday, November 14th

10 AM – 6 PM                 Secret Santa shop at the Museum

10 AM – 4 PM                 Holiday Cheer Craft Show

10 AM - 6 PM                  Greenwood Artist Guild Juried Art Exhibit at The Museum

11 AM                            Story time with Santa at the Museum

10 AM – 2 PM                 Photos with Santa at the Museum

10 AM - 4 PM                  Artist demonstrations at Meridian

11 AM - 3 PM                  Make and take activities at the Federal Building

11 AM - 4 PM                  Holiday "Y"art Sale at The Federal Building

10 AM—4 PM - Are you looking for a special holiday ornament, a handmade doll for you daughter or unique piece of jewelry?  Then you are sure to find it at the Craft Festival.  The event features work from area crafters and includes special make and take crafts for kids.
