Fox Carolina Morning Show “Taking Over Uptown Greenwood”

On May 20 the Fox Carolina Morning Show will take over Uptown Greenwood during their Town Take Over Morning Series. Morning anchors Cody Alcorn and Margaret Burnquist will broadcast live from Uptown Greenwood from 7 a.m. until 9 a.m.
Fox Carolina’s Town Take Over series has recently visited Brevard, North Carolina featuring both their famous white squirrel and bluegrass music. The show has also broadcast from Easley and Simpsonville, South Carolina drawing large crowds made up of sign waiving residents, school children, marching bands, mascots, cheerleaders, dance companies and the like.
Fox Carolina says the morning show will be Greenwood’s time to shine and encourages people to show why Greenwood is a great place to live, work and play. They also ask that people bring signs to hold up because they will be on T.V.
The Uptown Greenwood Take Over will feature music, food, and giveaways all on Main Street in Uptown Greenwood.
